Logo Design - The client was an experienced civil engineer who had worked for multiple private companies and local governments. He was increasing his private contracting, and he wanted to strengthen his personal brand to add a bit more clout to his offerings. Part of that effort included creating a strong logo system to represent himself in print and on the web.
- This is the core logo: a simple but visually powerful mark with strong, clear typography. The tagline "Engineering and Consulting" establishes context if the for the rest if it is otherwise lacking.
- An alternate version of the logo, lacking the tagline. This variant is only intended for use when the context is already apparent (e.g., in a website footer, on a blueprint).

My design goal was to create something simple and iconic that still managed to be a literal interpretation of the name.
